Project Manager

Location: Oakland CA
Schedule: Full-Time

Position Overview

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning through completion. This role will oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, client communication, and day-to-day project execution to ensure projects are delivered successfully and profitably.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from kickoff through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.
• Review project plans, contracts, and specifications.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Monitor project costs, timelines, and overall performance.
• Conduct site visits and attend project meetings.
• Support project closeout, including final documentation and warranties.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in construction, mechanical construction, HVAC, plumbing, or a related industry.
• Strong experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors.
• Ability to work directly with clients and project stakeholders.
• Experience with construction management software such as Procore, BlueBeam, Microsoft Project, BIM360, or similar platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
